Paralegal – Regulatory & Competition Law

About the role

Join a large multinational food manufacturing business as a Paralegal supporting the Legal Counsel on regulatory matters, with a focus on competition and antitrust issues. This individual contributor position requires strong research, analytical, coordination and document‑management abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Legal Counsel on regulatory investigations, reviews and internal compliance related to competition and antitrust law.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research, preparing concise analyses and summaries.
• Collect, review, organise and prepare documents for regulatory submissions or investigations.
• Coordinate information and responses across business units and functions.
• Maintain case files, regulatory correspondence, trackers and key deadlines.
• Support competition‑law compliance initiatives, including training materials and internal guidance.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel and internal stakeholders as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of paralegal experience, preferably in competition/antitrust, regulatory or corporate legal work.
• Strong research, analytical, drafting and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters and deadlines.
