Part-Time Retail Assistant at Hypha Provisions

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic part-time Retail Assistants to join Hypha Provisions, a curated self-serve concept showcasing Singapore-made food and beverage brands. Working at our outlet near Raffles Place MRT Station, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service and assist customers with product selections and purchases.
• Operate the cash register, process cashless and other payment methods accurately.
• Pack orders, replenish stock, and maintain tidy, attractive product displays.
• Ensure the outlet remains clean, tidy and complies with hygiene and food-safety standards.
• Support opening and closing duties, stock monitoring, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist with promotions, festive campaigns and other special activities as needed.

Required profile

• Available Monday-Friday, 5-6 hours per day on a part-time basis.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.
• Friendly, responsible, customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail or F&B experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Passion for food and interest in local F&B brands.
