About the role
The Dim Sum Place is looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our halal‑certified dim sum operation at Centrepoint Orchard. This is a permanent part‑time position with two shift options, offering a stable monthly salary.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Manage stock levels, monitor wastage and ensure proper storage.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking duties for a variety of dim sum items.
Required profile
- Halal certification or willingness to work in a halal‑certified environment.
- Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in food service.
- Availability to work six days a week on either the 11 am‑4 pm or 5 pm‑10 pm shift.
