About the role
The Primary Supply Mandarin Teacher will deliver Mandarin language instruction to primary‑level students at Dover Court International School, supporting an inclusive, internationally‑focused learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons in line with the National Curriculum for England and the International Primary Curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support language development.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure inclusion of all learners, respecting diverse abilities, cultures and backgrounds.
- Maintain safeguarding standards and comply with all vetting and child protection procedures.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher or equivalent experience teaching Mandarin to primary students.
- Commitment to an inclusive, multicultural school community.
- Willingness to undergo national and international background checks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
