Procurement Manager - Data Center (High Voltage)

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for data centre projects involving high‑voltage infrastructure. The role will drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance and cost optimisation while ensuring alignment with the company’s broader objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end procurement strategies for assigned categories and projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and influence decisions with data‑driven insights.
• Analyse complex procurement challenges, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, governance and compliance.
• Provide informal leadership, guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement within infrastructure, construction or related sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance cost, quality, risk and timeline considerations.
