Procurement Manager – FF&E Project (Construction)

About the role

The Procurement Manager (FF&E) is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering furniture, fixtures and equipment for construction and interior fit‑out projects at Marina Bay Sands. Working closely with project managers, designers, contractors and vendors, the role ensures FF&E packages are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead FF&E projects from design development through procurement, delivery, installation and close‑out.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers to meet project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain FF&E schedules, procurement logs, budgets and tracking reports.
• Review quotations, purchase orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor manufacturing, shipping and delivery timelines, resolving potential delays.
• Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes and submittals.
• Support project meetings and provide regular updates on status, risks and milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of FF&E procurement experience in interior fit‑out, construction, hospitality or commercial projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience using procurement platforms such as Ariba or SAP.
