About the role
OMS is seeking a Product Design Engineer with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to join its Engineering Team. The role involves creating detailed engineering work instructions, supporting the sales function technically, and supervising junior engineers across OMS locations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and generate detailed engineering work instructions and procedural specifications.
- Provide technical support to the sales function for product-related inquiries.
- Guide and supervise junior product engineers in day‑to‑day work order preparation.
- Collaborate with teams across all OMS locations in the region.
- Perform additional duties as required by the Engineering Team.
Required profile
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering.
- Product design experience with Conductor/Pipe Connectors, Wellhead Systems, Valves, Actuators, Choke, or Downhole Systems.
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior engineers.
