Product Engineer

About the role

The Product Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining bill‑of‑materials structures, supporting rack‑packaging design, and ensuring smooth product transitions across global teams. This role plays a key part in mass‑production activities, continuous‑improvement projects, and new product qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Create and modify bill‑of‑materials (BOM) structures.
• Maintain product and process data in the shop‑floor control system and SAP.
• Support rack‑packaging design and implementation.
• Lead BOM and material changes, coordinating with local and overseas cross‑functional teams.
• Support mass‑production activities and resolve product‑related issues.
• Participate in Kaizen and other continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist factory qualification for new product introductions.
• Participate in internal and external ISO audits.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, headquarters, factories, peers, subordinates and supervisors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to complying with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
