Product Manager - Enterprise Collaboration and AI

About the role

SeaTalk is looking for a Product Manager to lead its Enterprise Collaboration and AI product area. You will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration, and help shape how AI enhances the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of SeaTalk product areas, conducting user research, defining problems, creating specifications and tracking post‑launch impact.
• Deep‑dive into the needs of enterprise stakeholders such as HR, IT, management, developers, compliance and employees, translating them into clear product workflows.
• Explore and prototype AI capabilities (e.g., AI agents, copilot, smarter search, summarisation) and integrate relevant pilots into SeaTalk.
• Develop and extend the SeaTalk Open Platform to enable internal and external developers to integrate services and leverage AI from Sea’s ecosystem.
• Deliver scalable solutions for employee management, office automation and governance while aligning cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong logical and structured thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and user stories.
• Natural curiosity for AI and a proactive mindset for experimenting with new technologies.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptable and comfortable working with ambiguity.
