Production Associate II

About the role

The Production Associate II supports manufacturing operations at Pall Corporation’s Benoi Sector facility in Singapore. You will work on the production floor, operating equipment, ensuring material availability, and contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives while following strict EHS, quality, and 5S standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment according to required specifications.
• Ensure all raw materials and supplies are readily available for production runs.
• Support improvement projects and assigned tasks to enhance process efficiency.
• Perform day‑to‑day operations, including preliminary troubleshooting of equipment.
• Follow EHS, quality guidelines, and 5S methodology in all activities.

Required profile

• Secondary education graduate with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts and rotate shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift or carry objects up to 20 kg.
• On‑site availability for the Benoi Sector location.

Required skills

• Experience operating production machinery.
• Familiarity with cleanroom manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
• Understanding of 5S workplace organization.
