Production Compounder

About the role

As a Production Compounder you will support the manufacturing of fragrances, food innovations and beauty solutions at Givaudan’s Singapore hub. You will work on the shop‑floor, ensuring that orders are completed accurately and on time while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform compounding, packing, bottling, cluster operation and washing tasks as directed.
• Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements in all activities.
• Ensure first‑time‑right production to minimise rework and waste.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace through proper housekeeping.
• Carry out ad‑hoc duties such as cycle counts, hose changes and weighing‑scale verification.

Required profile

• GCE O Level, SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards (advantageous).
• Willingness to work shift patterns.
• Basic ability to read and communicate in English.
