Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator is responsible for ensuring smooth flow of parts through various manufacturing stations. You will work on the shop floor, handling parts, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspection work on incoming and in‑process parts.
• Load and unload parts into jigs, fixtures, and specific equipment such as USC, ovens, plasma units, hard‑coat stations, and dicing machines.
• Follow all workplace safety and health instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Support other tasks as assigned, rotating across preparation, hard‑coat, polishing, assembly, dicing, bonding, degate, and NPI areas.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent education.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Inspection of parts.
• Loading and unloading of parts into jigs/fixtures.
• Operation of USC equipment.
• Operation of ovens.
• Operation of plasma equipment.
• Operation of hard‑coat processes.
• Operation of dicing equipment.
