Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a safety‑conscious, reliable Production Operator to join our chemical operations team. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring that production runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Follow production procedures, SOPs and supervisor instructions without deviation.
• Participate in HSE activities, risk assessments, audits and emergency response (ERT/First Aider).
• Operate and maintain production machinery, perform preventive maintenance and monitor lubrication levels and filters.
• Apply 5S principles to keep the shop floor clean and organized.
• Record operational data and checklists in SAP and manage raw material/finished‑goods inventories.
• Report equipment abnormalities, quality issues or process deviations immediately.
• Support productivity and waste‑reduction initiatives across the plant.

Required profile

• Safety‑focused, reliable and team‑oriented.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 kg.
• GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or higher.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the chemical industry.
• Valid forklift licence for vehicles under 5 tons.
• Willingness to work an 8‑hour shift, 5 days a week and commit to overtime.
