About the role
We are seeking motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing floor and support daily production activities. The role involves hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out assigned production tasks under the supervision of line supervisors.
- Operate and handle simple manufacturing equipment, including MIM (Metal Injection Moulding) tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisory team promptly.
Required profile
- Vocational training related to manufacturing or a technical field.
- 1–2 years of practical experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely and contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
Required skills
- Experience operating simple manufacturing equipment.
