About the role
Skyworks is seeking a Production Operator to work on its high‑performance analog semiconductor lines. The role is focused on simple production control and equipment handling within a cleanroom environment, offering a fast‑paced, collaborative setting where creativity is encouraged.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize daily production demands for each piece of equipment.
- Load and unload parts into manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain good housekeeping and workstation practices.
- Perform simultaneous tasks to maximize manning ratio.
- Complete any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Ability to work a rotating 12‑hour 4‑3 shift schedule.
- Comfort standing for long periods in a cleanroom.
- Willingness to wear cleanroom jumpsuit, smock, and personal protective equipment.
