About the role
We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our daily food production operations across Singapore. You will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily food production activities and manage production workers.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety throughout the facility.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any production issues to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Previous supervisory experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast‑paced environment.
