Production Technician

About the role

Air Liquide Singapore is seeking a Production Technician to support daily cylinder filling operations for its industrial gas business. The role ensures that customer orders are met, stock levels are maintained, and all activities are performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Fill cylinders, pallets and large gas containers (LGC) according to the GTS dashboard and production roster.
• Organise cylinder handling to minimise movements, fill stock before cut‑off and meet post‑cut‑off customer demand.
• Check empty stock availability, operate pumps and compressors, and inspect cylinders and related equipment.
• Record production data in the GTS handheld device and maintain accurate production logs.
• Sort, shift, pack, load and unload cylinders to designated areas safely and on time.
• Participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings and mandatory training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through daily housekeeping.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of operational experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Physical fitness to navigate a large plant and perform manual tasks.
• Prior experience in the chemical or industrial gas sector is highly desirable.
• Valid forklift licence is an advantage.
