Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of diverse construction projects. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing permitting processes, and overseeing projects from concept through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and coordinate with project stakeholders to gather design and permitting inputs, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and secure authority clearances.
• Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to handover, including authority submissions, procurement preparation, and detailed design development.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic individual with strong team spirit.
• Recognised university degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years post‑graduate experience in schematic design, design development, tender documentation, and project administration across various scales and typologies, including industrial developments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating project work.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations and authority compliance.
• Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for senior‑level positions; non‑qualified‑persons will be offered an Executive (Architectural) role.
