Project Construction Manager – Office Fit‑out

About the role

The Project Construction Manager will lead office fit‑out projects from the initial business opportunity through to successful delivery. Working closely with the Business Development team and internal construction resources, you will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with project management agents and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team during the pitching stage and prepare work schedules and cost estimates.
• Attend site meetings, client briefings, and conduct site measurements.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with internal Construction and Quantity Surveyor teams.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, liaising with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and M&E contractors.
• Ensure projects progress smoothly, meet target timelines, budgets and profit margins.
• Arrange plan submissions to local authorities, organise inspections and kick‑off construction activities.
• Recommend corrective actions for non‑conforming products and project deficiencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the interior design or renovation industry.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes across all project stages.
• Resourceful and adaptable to changing environments.
• Effective communication with colleagues, clients and subcontractors.
