• Supervise field installation, wiring, and integration of gas detectors, control panels, and alarm systems.
• Lead startup, functional testing, and calibration of specialized gas sensing equipment.
• Verify that all work complies with contract requirements, environmental regulations, and safety standards such as OSHA, IECEx, and ATEX.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with detectors, false alarms, control systems, or communication bus protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus) on site.
• Manage technical documentation, including submittals, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and operations manuals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination for gas detection, fire‑and‑gas (F&G) systems, or industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies and safety compliance.
• Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Electrochemical, catalytic bead, infrared, and photoionization detector (PID) sensor technologies.
• PLC/SCADA systems.
• AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Modbus and Profibus communication protocols.
• Gas calibration tools and FAT/SAT procedures.
