Project Executive

About the role

The Project Executive (Building / Civil & Structural) will support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of building and civil & structural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely execution of building and civil & structural works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Supervise daily site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Assist with contract administration, cost control, variation management, and compliance with local building regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction or civil & structural projects.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, structural works and project execution.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and construction documents.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, BCA requirements and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other project management software.
