About the role

Join Aurecon's Buildings business as an Associate Mechanical Engineer, contributing to complex building projects worldwide. You will work within a highly skilled team to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships, support business development and tender processes.
Lead project delivery, including contract negotiation, risk and financial management, and technical oversight.
Manage project profitability and ensure alignment with budgets and client proposals.
Provide leadership, mentorship and competency development for junior staff.

Required profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Proven experience delivering major or complex design projects, preferably data centre design.
Strong client management and business development track record.
Leadership ability to manage teams and drive project success.
