Project Manager – Construction

About the role

lnplex Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Singapore’s Central Region. This full‑time role will oversee projects from concept to handover, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise all construction activities, adhering to timelines, budgets and quality specifications.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate, administer and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including progress reports, change orders and financial records.
• Communicate project status to clients, stakeholders and internal teams, addressing concerns promptly.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect project scope and budget.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent are advantageous.
