Project Manager – Construction & Pharma Projects (West)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Tuas West region, focusing on pharmaceutical and industrial facilities. The role ensures seamless execution, on‑time delivery, and strict adherence to safety, compliance and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to boost efficiency.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate project teams to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction or pharmaceutical/industrial projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required.
