Project Manager – Construction & Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead addition & alteration (A&A) and building works projects in Singapore. You will coordinate multiple subcontractors, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee quality control and conduct regular progress reporting.
• Monitor expenses and control costs to avoid overruns.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen challenges.
• Prepare documentation and manage handover of completed projects.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Experience working with main contractors and coordinating multiple subcontractors.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and writing abilities.
