Project Manager – Data Centre & M&E Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre and complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects. The role involves coordinating all project phases, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders.
• Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress against planned schedules.
• Develop cost estimates, review progress claims, interim certificates, and issue payment responses.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and implement preventive or remedial actions.
• Ensure timely preparation, submission, and clearance of documents with relevant authorities.
• Attend site meetings, maintain accurate records, enforce safety standards, and monitor programmer status.
• Manage quality and support handover to operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or related field).
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data centre projects or complex M&E environments.
• Experience with HVAC equipment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and logical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
• Available to commence work immediately.
