Project Manager (Enterprise Applications)

About the role

Activate Interactive is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT solutions for government and enterprise clients. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery that meets contractual quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close software and IT solution projects across all phases.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and resource allocations.
• Manage delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches as required.
• Coordinate multiple vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to meet scope, timeline, cost and quality targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients and government stakeholders, providing progress reports and handling issues.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement, governance and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and track project budgets, financial forecasts and cost adjustments within approved limits.
• Handle change requests, variations and service requests in line with contract terms.

Required profile

• Strong IT foundation with an understanding of modern system architecture.
• Proven experience managing projects that involve cloud platforms, data, AI/ML, low‑code solutions and enterprise applications.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate government procurement processes.
• Excellent financial and commercial management skills.
