Project Manager (GCC & GDC Migration)

About the role

Beyond Secure.AvePoint is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high‑impact government initiative focused on migrating application systems to Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and Government Data Centre (GDC) environments. You will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor end‑to‑end software project delivery aligned with client expectations and timelines.
• Drive migration of on‑premises applications to GCC and GDC platforms.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues throughout the project.
• Maintain governance and audit‑ready documentation for all project activities.
• Manage change requests, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and schedule implementations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Proven track record of migrating systems from on‑premises to GCC/GDC environments.
• Eligibility to obtain CAT2A security clearance (mandatory).
• Familiarity with public‑sector IT standards and processes is advantageous.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
