Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction and property projects from initiation through to close‑out. The role involves preparing comprehensive project documentation, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring adherence to the company’s Business Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery, including scope definition, programme planning, procurement, risk and budget management.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation such as briefs, contracts, RFI logs, and change orders.
• Coordinate and record actions from design, progress, procurement, and construction meetings.
• Track project performance against objectives, budgets and timelines, reporting variances and creating corrective action plans.
• Implement change‑management processes, assess impacts, secure client approvals and issue change orders.
• Conduct contract administration, including distribution of RFI’s, maintenance of project records and preparation of contract instructions.
• Support site inspections, report non‑conformances, hazards and incidents, and contribute to team meetings.
• Mentor junior staff and perform other duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Construction or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Logical, analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously on multiple projects.
