Assistant BIM Manager – Architectural

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant BIM Manager (Architectural) to support our BIM Manager in driving BIM standards across the office and on projects. The role involves overseeing the creation and maintenance of architectural BIM models, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements, and fostering BIM expertise within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Manager in developing, implementing and enforcing office‑wide BIM standards and project templates.
• Provide quality control for all BIM deliverables and supervise Revit specialists to maintain model integrity.
• Conduct BIM training, on‑the‑job coaching and orientation for new staff and project teams.
• Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans, monitor BIM implementation progress, and generate clash detection reports.
• Coordinate BIM meetings with clients, consultants and contractors, and verify compliance with FM BIM specifications.
• Support electronic file submission and Singapore BIM authoring processes.
• Undertake additional office‑wide or project‑specific tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM.
• Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to lead BIM initiatives and train multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Revit (architectural modelling).
• General BIM software proficiency and BIM Execution Planning.
• Clash detection and coordination tools.
• Understanding of FM BIM requirements.
