Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a fast‑moving, rapidly growing organization that helps clients implement their IT digitisation strategies. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams, external vendors and customers to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate projects with customers, internal stakeholders and vendors, defining goals, scope, deliverables, schedule, cost and payment milestones.
• Assemble and direct project teams, conduct effective meetings, foster collaboration and remove obstacles.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring fiscal efficiency.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal PMO, providing regular status updates.
• Implement quality‑control processes and review deliverables before client submission.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Valid PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (active serial number); CSM or CSPO is a plus.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project‑management experience for the Project Manager level (8 years for senior roles).
• Strong ability to work with international teams and handle client expectations.
