Project Manager - Operations

About the role

The Operations Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects that enhance guest experiences across COMO Hotels. Reporting to senior hotel leadership, the role ensures that both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house initiatives are aligned with the brand’s standards and operational efficiency goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans and strategies that improve guest experience while supporting COMO’s brand positioning.
• Collaborate with hotel management and cross‑functional teams to define scope, objectives and deliverables for new and existing hotel development projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, gather guest feedback and analyse trends to inform project decisions.
• Coordinate implementation activities, monitor timelines, budgets and risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead regular project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders and ensure clear communication across departments.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and consultants, and act as liaison to drive guest‑centric initiatives.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and brand guidelines, and perform site inspections to address any deficiencies.
• Partner with Learning and other departments to design and deliver training programmes that support service improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hotel development or operations projects.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and communication abilities.
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies and analyse guest feedback.
• Experience monitoring project budgets, timelines and risk registers.
• Knowledge of hospitality quality standards and regulatory compliance.
