Project Manager – WMS Implementation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead global Warehouse Management System (WMS) projects, including full‑cycle implementations and application upgrades. The successful candidate will drive cross‑functional collaboration and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global WMS implementation projects from initiation through deployment and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and scope documentation using Microsoft Project.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee reviews, status updates, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate activities across business, operations, IT, vendors, and third‑party implementation teams.
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, resource managers, and project team members.
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, testing, training, deployment planning, and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, or 5‑8 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading small to medium‑size application implementation projects.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on WMS implementation experience, preferably with Infor WMS.
• Proven track record of delivering at least one large‑scale project from inception to closure.
• At least 2 years of experience developing project plans in Microsoft Project and presenting weekly status reports.
