QC Inspector – Quality Control (Singapore)

About the role

The QC Inspector ensures that products leaving the Benoi Sector facility meet customer, quality, and regulatory standards. You will work in a cleanroom environment, performing visual inspections and supporting product release processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incoming and outgoing product visual inspections according to approved procedures and acceptance criteria.
• Execute SAP quality release transactions and assist with material disposition to maintain accurate inventory status.
• Review batch documentation, validate Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) data, and generate Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for shipment and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures, review documentation accurately, and identify quality issues.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and perform occasional lifting of up to 20 kg in a cleanroom environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP system for quality release transactions.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with quality documentation practices and regulated production environments (preferred).
