About the role
The Quality Engineer will provide technical support to the Quality Assurance function, focusing on manufacturing issues and corrective actions. This role works closely with production teams to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct capability studies on critical processes.
- Perform first‑article inspections and review visual aids.
- Analyze defects and generate detailed reports.
- Lead Material Review Board (MRB) activities for sustained products.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CAC) meetings.
- Execute line and product audits.
- Support Quality Engineering in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
- Follow all safety, health, and security policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of component manufacturing processes.
- Ability to adhere to safety and health regulations.
- Commitment to follow company security procedures.
