Quality Engineer – Supplier Management & QMS

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on supplier management, in‑process and outgoing quality control, and maintaining the ISO 9001 quality management system. Entry‑level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify new materials and suppliers, manage incoming material quality and drive supplier performance through audits and rating systems.
• Develop, implement and monitor quality control plans, SPC charts, yield and defect rate indicators.
• Handle non‑conforming materials and products, initiate corrective actions and manage CARs.
• Maintain and improve the QMS documentation, ensure readiness for internal, third‑party and customer audits.
• Conduct internal audits, calibration management and document reviews.
• Communicate quality performance and present findings at all organizational levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience with QMS audits.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as GR&R, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including 8D methodology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
