Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the delivery of construction and facilities management projects. You will play a key role in cost management, ensuring projects stay within budget while meeting quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Review and evaluate contractors' quotations, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and tender submissions.
• Support procurement, contract administration, payment certification, and variation claims.
• Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and ensure budget compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on commercial matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline (SISV‑recognised).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in facilities management, maintenance, or building projects.
• Willingness to work at the client’s site.
