About the role
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore on a permanent basis. The role involves managing tender submissions, cost estimating, contract administration and related tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare tender submissions and quotations.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
- Perform cost estimating and take‑offs.
- Manage progress claims and contract administration.
- Handle ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.

What we offer
- Competitive salary SGD 3,500–4,500 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Permanent contract.
