R&D Mechanical Engineer – PC

About the role

We are looking for a motivated R&D Mechanical Engineer to join our product development team. You will be responsible for designing mechanical components, enclosures, and systems, turning concepts into reliable, cost‑effective products.

Key responsibilities

• Design mechanical parts, enclosures, and mechanisms using CAD tools (Creo or equivalent).
• Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), form/fit/function, and tolerance stack‑up analyses.
• Develop and refine prototypes based on simulation results and conceptual designs.
• Collaborate with development partners to define detailed project requirements, specifications, and performance objectives.
• Conduct testing and evaluation of prototypes to ensure stability, reliability, and compliance with standards.
• Manage experiments to characterize and validate design performance.
• Contribute as a team member to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical part design and ownership.
• Proven proficiency with Creo or comparable 3D CAD software.
• Strong background in plastic part design, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in consumer product design is a plus.
• Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate mechanical engineering contributions.
