About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at ACHIEVE Career Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, developing deep market expertise and helping businesses build high‑performing teams while shaping careers. Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of professionals within your assigned market segment.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, motivations, and career aspirations.
• Provide career consultation and market insights to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and job qualification to candidate placement and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and key decision‑makers to provide consultative recruitment solutions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while delivering high‑standard service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales, business development, account management, or customer‑facing experience.
• Experience in service‑based sales, B2B sales, professional services, banking, hospitality, or customer relationship management is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially driven with a genuine desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Curious and willing to continuously learn about industries, businesses, and market trends.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• No prior recruitment experience required; comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
