Research Officer – Healthcare (Hybrid)

About the role

The role is based within a leading public healthcare institution that delivers team‑based, person‑centered care across the patient journey. The Research Officer will lead health services research projects, from design through to delivery, supporting the organisation’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead health services implementation and evaluation research projects from design to delivery.
• Develop research protocols, methodologies, data‑collection tools and analysis plans using quantitative, qualitative and mixed‑methods approaches.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, interpretation and evidence synthesis.
• Translate findings into actionable insights, reports, publications and service‑improvement recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, governance, ethics, deliverables and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support grant applications, publications and research dissemination.

Required profile

• Master's or PhD in Public Health or a related healthcare field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Hands‑on experience in quantitative, qualitative or mixed‑methods research and programme evaluation.
