About the role
The Resident Architect (RA) will lead architectural supervision and design activities, ensuring that all projects adhere to the required standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee architectural design and supervision on assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Apply fire safety regulations throughout the design and construction phases.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture (BOA registrable).
- Minimum of 5 years post‑graduate experience in architectural supervision or design.
- Extensive knowledge of local building codes and fire safety regulations.
