Residential Property Coordinator

About the role

JLL is hiring a Residential Property Coordinator in Singapore, reporting to the Post Facilities Manager. The role coordinates the day-to-day management of leased residential properties in line with British government guidelines, health and safety legislation and client standards, while providing administrative and operational support across the portfolio and keeping statutory requirements met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the management of leased residential properties and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advise the Account Management team on the local leased residential property market.
• Support incoming and departing staff with property matters and liaise with real estate brokers.
• Prepare lease documentation and paperwork, and keep accurate electronic records, including lists of service and maintenance suppliers.
• Ensure residential properties meet HSE regulations and client standards for amenities, security and safety.
• Support the residential estate budget, including forecasting and monitoring reports.
• Ensure contracts and service agreements cover planned maintenance and essential services.
• Monitor property upkeep and support emergency and crisis plans, escalating issues to the Site Management team.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, respond to resident requests, and support logistics for official visits.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of three years' experience in residential property management or a related field.
• On-site position in Singapore.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health and safety standards, including fire and electrical safety.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and residential property management software.
• Understanding of local building statutory requirements.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication and analytical skills.
