Sales Account Manager – Telecom Mid‑Market

About the role

ViewQwest is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive new business in the mid‑market telecom segment. You will be the front‑line representative, building relationships with senior stakeholders and expanding our customer base across Singapore and Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in the mid‑market segment.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline through calls, emails, networking and other canvassing methods.
• Engage with senior management and key contacts both internally and externally.
• Develop strategic account plans, revenue forecasts and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate solution development with support, technical consultants and management teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings and pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven ability to identify and penetrate target industries, generate sales opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
• Strong networking track record in B2B sales, preferably within ISP, telecommunications or system integration.
• Existing customer base or demonstrated capability to develop a portfolio of clients.
• Resilience under pressure and comfort working in ambiguous situations.
