Sales Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Business Development Representative to join our small, senior team at Transformists Network. The role sits at the front‑end of our demand engine, creating and qualifying new opportunities for both our channel partners and internal enterprise team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain target account lists across assigned markets, focusing on accounts with infrastructure refresh, licensing renewal, or compliance‑driven buying triggers.
• Execute multi‑channel outbound outreach (phone, email sequencing, LinkedIn, messaging platforms) and qualify prospects using a structured framework.
• Secure discovery meetings for the Enterprise Solutions Manager or channel managers and provide concise hand‑over briefs.
• Respond to inbound enquiries from website, vendor‑funded campaigns, webinars, roadshows and trade events, qualifying and routing leads within agreed service levels.
• Research and profile potential resellers, arrange introductory meetings for channel managers, and support onboarding of new partners.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, contacts and account intelligence in Zoho CRM, and register qualified opportunities at the point of qualification.

Required profile

• Works directly alongside the Alliance Director and Enterprise Solutions Manager.
• Demonstrates strong organisational discipline in recording and routing opportunities.
• Comfortable handling both outbound demand creation and inbound lead qualification.
