Sales Development Representative (F&B)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing tech company that provides an all‑in‑one operating system for restaurants. You will be the first point of contact for restaurant owners, helping them discover how our platform can streamline ordering, kitchen operations, inventory, and performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with restaurant owners and understand their business needs.
• Introduce the platform and demonstrate how it simplifies day‑to‑day operations.
• Prospect new clients through calls, networking, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Conduct product demos and clearly explain the value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers from first contact onward.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confident and quick at building relationships.
• Self‑driven, resilient and comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple conversations and follow‑ups.
