Sales Development Representative – Greater China

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive inbound and outbound prospecting for the Greater China market. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, helping Sonar expand its footprint among enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
• Research and identify target accounts based on defined criteria.
• Use Salesforce, Salesloft and ZoomInfo to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
• Qualify leads against the ideal customer profile and document interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to align lead‑generation campaigns.
• Hand over qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in a SaaS or subscription model.
• Strong time‑management, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills, with ability to handle objections.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset focused on meeting or exceeding targets.
• Team player who can collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams.
• Desirable: Mandarin or Cantonese language skills.
