Sales Executive – Air‑Conditioning

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to expand our air‑conditioning business. You will acquire new customers, develop existing accounts, and ensure successful project delivery from quotation to after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell air‑conditioning units and related solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and establish new customer accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order confirmation, delivery coordination, and after‑sales support.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product selections, and technical presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, consultants, and contractors.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory needs.
• Prepare sales and activity reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in air‑conditioning or related fields.
• Computer literate with strong communication abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused.
• Willingness to conduct outdoor sales activities.
