Sales Executive

About the role

Porcitites is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and team management. You will identify new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong client relationships to support our custom software and ERP implementation services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Management: Follow up on inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and arrange meetings with the consulting team.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with new acquisitions, focusing on solution‑based sales for custom software implementations.
• Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, negotiate upsells, follow up on receivables, and coordinate credit management with the delivery team.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to set strategic goals, shape the business model, and execute growth initiatives.
• Sales Process Leadership: Lead the sales process for Odoo ERP implementations, gather requirements, present services, and participate in tendering.
• Proposal Preparation: Draft proposals and quotations aligned with client needs and company capabilities.
• Networking & Lead Generation: Generate new leads through networking and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Event Management: Organise internal and third‑party events, both online and offline, to promote services.
• Content Localization: Assist in adapting marketing content to the local language.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in solution‑based sales, business development, or pre‑sales, preferably with ERP implementation or software development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions, understand client needs and tailor solutions.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to changing environments and technologies.
• Native or fluent English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the country of employment.
