Sales Executive

About the role

Crif Bizinsights is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive organic and new sales of its Credit Risk, KYC, Fraud Prevention and Data Analytics solutions across Banking, Utilities and Telecommunications sectors in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and acquire new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation and contract closure.
• Achieve assigned revenue, sales activity and customer acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records.
• Represent Crif at client meetings, industry forums, conferences and networking events.

Required profile

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Finance, Banking, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Utilities or data‑driven solutions.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling abilities.
• Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
